Welcome to Design Moguls's terms of service!

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Clients must provide all necessary materials and information before the start of the project.

2. All project timelines are estimates and may change based on project scope and revisions.

3. Payment is required on completion of the project or as per agreed milestones.

4. Clients may request revisions within a specified period; additional charges may apply for extensive changes.

5. Design Moguls retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes.

6. All intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon final payment, except for promotional use.

7. Clients must notify Design Moguls of any issues or concerns within five business days of project delivery.

8. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of South Africa.
